Tably is a table, list, and tracker application developed by HV App Studio. This Privacy Policy explains how information is stored, processed, and shared when you use Tably.
Tably stores the content you create in local application storage on your device. This may include:
This information normally remains on your device unless you choose a feature that sends information outside the device, such as AI table creation, cloud sharing, analytics, feedback, or file export.
Local app data generally remains until you delete it, clear the app’s storage, or uninstall Tably.
Tably includes an optional AI-assisted table creation feature.
When you use this feature, the text you enter as an AI prompt is sent over the internet to a service operated for Tably using Cloudflare infrastructure. That service sends the prompt to OpenAI to generate a suggested table structure and returns the result to the app.
The AI request may include:
Tably does not intentionally include your existing table rows or cell values in an AI-generation request.
AI prompts and generated results are processed by Cloudflare and OpenAI according to their applicable service and privacy practices. OpenAI API data is not used to train its models by default unless the relevant account explicitly opts in.
Do not include confidential, highly sensitive, medical, financial, authentication, or other private information in an AI prompt.
You can use Tably without using AI table creation.
Tably uses Google Analytics for Firebase and Amplitude Analytics to understand how the app is used, identify technical problems, and improve features.
Analytics information may include:
Tably’s custom analytics events are designed not to include:
Analytics providers may automatically process additional technical information according to their own SDK behavior and privacy practices.
Tably does not currently require an account, and analytics activity is generally associated with an anonymous device or analytics identifier rather than a Tably user account.
Tably may allow you to create a shareable link for a table or template.
Cloud sharing occurs only when you deliberately use a sharing feature. The selected content may be uploaded to Google Firebase Cloud Firestore. Depending on what you share, the uploaded content may include:
Anyone who receives or obtains the generated sharing link may be able to access the shared content.
Shared snapshots may be retained for up to 90 days, subject to technical, security, and legal requirements.
Do not use cloud sharing for confidential or sensitive information unless you are comfortable providing the content to the intended recipients.
Tably can export information to formats such as CSV or PDF.
Files are created only when you request an export. Android’s standard document and sharing interfaces are used to let you save or share the file.
After export, the file remains in the location, application, or service where you chose to save or share it. Tably cannot control copies retained by other applications or recipients.
If you create a reminder, Tably stores the reminder configuration locally and may request Android notification permission.
Reminder information may include the selected table and notification schedule. Tably does not send table names or exact reminder schedules in its custom analytics events.
You can disable notifications through Android system settings or remove reminders inside Tably.
Tably uses third-party service providers to operate specific features, including:
These providers may process technical or feature-related information on Tably’s behalf under their own terms and privacy practices.
Tably does not sell your personal information.
You can:
Some anonymous analytics information may not be directly linked to information that allows HV App Studio to identify you.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information processed through Tably.
However, no local storage, internet transmission, cloud service, or sharing method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for deciding what information to enter, process through AI, export, or share.
Tably is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information directly from children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided personal information through Tably, contact us so that we can review the matter.
The third-party providers used by Tably may process information on servers located outside your state, province, or country. Data-protection laws in those locations may differ from those where you live.
This Privacy Policy may be updated when Tably’s features, service providers, or legal requirements change.
The latest version will be posted at the privacy-policy URL associated with Tably’s application listing. The “Last updated” date will indicate when the policy was most recently revised.
